SMS Opt-In Policy

Program Description

Our SMS program sends appointment confirmations, booking reminders, schedule changes, membership updates, and occasional promotional offers from Recovery Room AZ. Message content is related to our recovery services and your account with us.

How to Opt-In

You can opt in on our website forms, where there are two separate SMS consent boxes: one for customer care messages (appointment confirmations, reminders and replies to your enquiry) and one for promotional messages. Both boxes are optional and are never ticked for you, so you can choose one, both or neither. You can also opt in by texting our studio number or by asking our front desk to text you.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You must be 18 years or older to opt in.

How to Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at IVTherapy@RecoveryRoomAZ.com.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your bookings and account activity. Most members receive 2-8 messages per month. Promotional messages are limited to no more than 4 per month.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Recovery Room AZ does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent status are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.recoveryroomaz.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
